Shipping Policy

1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

2. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

  • USA Orders: Expect delivery within 5–12 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Typically arrive within 2–5 weeks, depending on local customs processing and postal services.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking info. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

Note:
We are not liable for shipping delays or losses caused by:

  • Natural disasters (floods, fires, extreme weather, etc.)

  • Civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, or customs issues

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect shipping addresses

Orders to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska are not eligible for express shipping.

3. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
We offer a Free shipping fee and Express Shipping.
Please double-check your shipping address. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to pay a new shipping fee for reshipment.

4. DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES?
Yes! We do ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, delivery can take up to 25 business days, and customers may be required to collect the parcel from a local courier hub.

5. WILL I PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES? (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)
Customs and import duties are determined by your local government and are not included in your order total.

  • These fees must be paid by you (the customer) upon delivery.

  • Comfea is not responsible for these additional charges.

  • If you refuse delivery, the product may be returned to us. Once received, we’ll refund your order (excluding original shipping charges).

6. WHERE DO YOU NOT SHIP TO?
Due to local restrictions, we currently do not ship to the following countries and territories:

Bolivia, Cameroon, Caribbean, Curaçao, Baumholder, Guatemala, Guernsey, Guinea-Bissau, Isle of Man, Jersey, Montenegro, Niue, American Samoa Islands, São Tomé and Príncipe, Saint Martin, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Libya, Syria, Tokelau, Tristan da Cunha, Yemen Arab Republic, Saipan, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon
